Hello, I’m Sara Smith.

I’m the founder and proud owner of Smith & Co. Estates, wife to Matt, mother to two gorgeous girls, homeowner, self-builder, landlord and local business owner.

“Property has always been a part of me. It stems from my upbringing; I lived and breathed it.”

People and property are my passion, my obsession!  Growing up surrounded by house renovations, new builds and developments, certainly shapes your interests.  I’m also genuinely interested in, (obsessed with), people. I want to know every detail, all about them, their lives, their friends and family. Understanding people’s stories makes you more passionate about helping them in their journey and I feel genuinely privileged to share in this experience.

At Smith & Co, we recognise that unique homes need a unique approach to marketing.  Whilst standard type marketing strategies can be sufficient to sell houses in streets where the homes are mostly similar, marketing unique homes can be more challenging.

Often, it takes just one buyer to fall in love with your home and pay (almost) whatever is asked.  Finding that buyer takes time and specialist marketing skills.  And that’s where we come in.
